2. Services

ZMP Detail (ZACK MCGRATH LTD) provides professional vehicle detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and paint protection film (PPF) application services as described on our website. Service descriptions are illustrative and actual processes may vary slightly. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without notice.

3. Booking, Deposits, and Cancellations

Bookings can be made via our website contact form, email, or phone. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required for any booking valued at £200 or more to secure your booking date and time. For bookings under £200, a deposit may still be requested and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 96 hours (4 days) prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may also result in forfeiture of the deposit and potentially a charge for the missed slot.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for services are listed on our website or provided via a formal quote. Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed at the time of booking or quoting. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Card and Cash. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final invoice.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the service appointment. ZMP Detail (ZACK MCGRATH LTD) is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
  • Customers should disclose any known pre-existing damage, modifications, or sensitive areas on the vehicle (e.g., recent repairs, aftermarket parts, known electronic issues) before the service begins.
  • For mobile detailing services, the customer must provide a safe working area with adequate space and access to electricity. We reserve the right to reschedule if the working conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon completion of the service to ensure satisfaction. Any concerns should be raised immediately.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • ZMP Detail (ZACK MCGRATH LTD) will perform services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage that may become more apparent after cleaning or correction (e.g., underlying paint defects, stone chips hidden by dirt, weakened trim).
  • We are not liable for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as faulty vehicle components (e.g., loose trim, failing clear coat) or issues arising from undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
  • Our liability for any damage caused by our negligence is limited to the cost of the service provided or the cost of repair, whichever is lower.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of vehicle use or other consequential losses.

7. Guarantees and Warranties

Specific warranties may apply to certain ceramic coatings or paint protection films, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions and proper maintenance by the customer. Details of applicable warranties will be provided separately. Standard detailing and paint correction services do not typically come with a long-term guarantee beyond ensuring the service is completed to a satisfactory standard at the time of completion.

8. Use of Website

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful.
